Manage your team & roles
Sift Health is multi-tenant: an organization owns sites, and members get a role that scopes what they can do. This keeps a consultant's clients, or a group's locations, cleanly separated.
Roles at a glance
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control, including billing, organization deletion, and transferring ownership. There is always at least one owner. |
| Admin | Manage sites, members, monitoring, and branding. Can do everything an owner can except billing and ownership transfer. |
| Member | Run scans and triage findings (acknowledge, resolve, comment, assign). Cannot manage members or billing. |
| Read-only | View scores, reports, and findings. Ideal for a client stakeholder or an auditor you want to give visibility without edit rights. |
Invite a teammate
In Settings → Members, send an invite by email and pick a role; the invitee accepts and joins your organization. You can change a member’s role or remove them at any time. Role changes take effect immediately.
Give clients read-only access
For consultants: instead of emailing PDFs back and forth, add a client contact as a read-only member scoped to their site. They see live scores and findings; you keep control of triage and configuration.
