Export & white-label a report

A PDF report is the artifact you hand to someone who won't log into the console — a client's leadership, a web vendor, or a compliance officer. On the Agency tier you can put your own brand on it.

Export a PDF

  1. Open a completed scan

From a site’s scan history, open the scan you want to export.
  2. Generate the PDF

Use Export → PDF, or call GET /v1/scans/{id}/report.pdf. The PDF includes the score, grade, category breakdown, every finding with evidence and remediation, and the structured disclaimer.
  3. Share it

Send the file directly. The disclaimer travels with the document — keep it intact.

Apply your branding (Agency)

On the Agency tier, set your logo, company name, and accent color in Settings → Branding. Generated PDFs then carry your identity rather than Sift Health’s, so the report reads as your consulting deliverable.

White-label the brand, not the disclaimer

You can replace the logo and colors, but the structured disclaimer remains on every report by design. Removing or contradicting it — for example, presenting a report as a “HIPAA compliance certificate” — is outside the responsible-use policy. The report says what it is: an assessment of publicly observable risk indicators.
