Multi-location group

You run several locations or brands — maybe a dental group, a physical-therapy chain, or a behavioral-health network. Each may have its own subdomain or microsite, and marketing changes don't always go through one team. This recipe keeps the whole portfolio in view.

Structure the organization

  1. One organization, many sites

Register each location’s site under a single organization. The overview gives you a portfolio rollup: aggregate score, open findings by severity, sites trending worse, and certificates expiring soon.
  2. Verify every domain, enable daily rescans

On the Practice tier (up to five sites) or above, turn on daily rescans. Groups tend to ship marketing changes per-location, so daily catches a stray pixel faster.
  3. Triage from one workspace

Use the cross-site findings table to filter by severity and category across all locations at once. Assign findings to the right owner — corporate marketing for tags, IT for headers and TLS.

Watch for one bad template propagating

In groups, a single shared site template or tag-manager container can introduce the same finding across every location simultaneously. When you see an identical code appear on many sites in one rescan, fix it at the template level rather than site by site.

Report up

Export per-location PDFs for local managers and use the aggregate score trend for leadership. A rising portfolio score over a quarter is a concrete way to show the program is working.
